TOYO MODEC OFS India Private Limited (OFS India) is a joint venture company of Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (Toyo India), a subsidiary of Toyo Engineering Corporation, Japan and Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd. (OFS), a MODEC Group company.

OFS India is established as a Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru as a Captive Unit of OFS Singapore, to execute FEED, Detail Engineering and to provide Procurement Support for the Topsides of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) projects, among its primary business activities.

OFS India is scheduled to commence operations from April 2025.
